How many fans and followers do you need?

October 17, 2011 by Marc Gordon divider image

My first annual social media party proved how your relationships with fans and followers can often be superficial and pointless. And yet like most business owners you’re still doing it.

Has has all the time you spent on your social media campaign resulted in more sales? Don’t feel bad of the answer is no. Studies have shown that the majority of social media efforts produce little, if any, monetary returns.

So why do you still do it? Probably because all the experts and gurus are telling you it’s the right thing to do.

Well if you’ve ever wondered if all your social media efforts are time well spent, then this episode of marctv is a must see. I will strip away all the fluff and hype and explain what it all really means – specifically fans and followers – and what it can do for your business.

Your opinions and comments are more than welcome.
